I just got out of a 4 year relationship (Marriage Proposal Denied) about 8 months ago. I have dated other girls since, but have also dated the ex for a couple of months since the break up. The relationship is finally over.

I recently met a girl that I am really attracted to and feel very strong feelings for. My question is it natural to feel such a bond, even though I still have strong feelings for the ex? I don't think these are rebound feelings.

I have always believed that there is no limitation on who we can love and how fast we can fall for someone. Of course you still have feelings for your ex, but in time, those will fade, especially if you have met someone new. Just enjoy yourself and don't stress. Sometimes, we really have no control over the affairs of the heart!
