there are a couple of ways of doing this:
1. if you know what jail or prison the person is in, you can look up their information as long as you have the person name and social secrity number.
2. go to your city website and go into federal charges about the person. must likely you will have to have their name, their address and their social security number.
i live in miami, florida. so i would go to www.miamidade.gov and continue from there.
3. call your local or mail city hall. they also should have the information.
if the person is in another state or city serving the term, you would need to know the name of the city or state.
