Been on birth control for some 5 years, never noticed a difference in how fast my hair grows. Prenatal pills will make some womens hair and nails grow faster &/or stronger.

if your hormones were out of sync before you started using them, they will regulate your hormones and can help your hair to grow alittle quicker
