I would not be worried but surely she has had x-rays in the past when she visits the dentist and they can see what permanent teeth are behind her baby teeth. If they have any concern they should call the dentist to ask what the last set of x-rays showed for those two teeth. Has she been in for a 6 month checkup since these teeth fell out? February would make 6 months so I would think she is either due for her next cleaning/checkup or she should have had it not long ago. If there was concern the dentist would have said something.

im a dental nurse, this is a normal age for teeth to be falling out and perhaps looking a bit jumbled up and it varies from person to person how long it can take for the adult teeth to come through. In some rare cases adult teeth dont exist, so just to be on the safe side, book a check up with your dentist, im sure they will tell you all is fine, but they may be able to take an x-ray if they have any concerns.

she will be fine dont worry, as long as it was her "baby" teeth she lost the others are in there somewhere they will come when they are ready if you are worried though take her to the dentist he can put your mind at rest, some teeth come through right away others take forever my son lost his two front teeth the same time(within a day r two) one showed in the first week the other took 3 mnths before it showed

I wouldn't be worried, my daughters teeth took a while to come back in also. If her parents are concerned just take her to the dentist.. they will do and x-ray of her mouth, and from there they will be able to see where her teeth are at in her gums.

Dont be too worried as childrens teeth come through at different times. if you keep checking her gums under the lip you should at some time see them under the skin.If her next check up with her dentist is within the next 4 months then mention your worries and they will reassure you, but you should be able to see them now.
