It depends on how you injured your stomach. Also, it depends on what you were throwing up. If you had food poisoning and were ill because of that and now the nausea has subsided, then start by drinking clear fluids (try some water or 7-up) by sip fulls (don't gulp it down it will just make you more sick feeling) and try nibbling on saltine crackers. After awhile your stomach should feel well enough that you'll want a bit more and eventually you'll get back to normal. Ensure anything you eat for a day or two is bland though. Spicy foods, greasy foods, or anything that is too strong will probably make your stomach feel a bit off balance for a bit. Don't drink any alcohol it will make things worse.
Now if you were throwing up blood or if your stools are black in color and tar like in consistency (not black and hard like pepto will make them but tar like) you might have injured your stomach to the point it's bleeding. Pending how bad it is, you need go to your doctor. If you're still throwing up blood, you REALLY need to go to the doctor. They'll probably prescribe something like prevacid to take for awhile, you need to make sure to do just what they say to do. If you caused an ulcer may have to cauterize where its bleeding. If you can't go to a doctor (for example if you don't have health insurance and can't get to or don't want to go to an ER), try purchasing Prilosec OTC (it's over the counter "otc" and you can get it at a pharmacy) and using it EXACTLY as directed. If after 4 days though you don't notice a difference with the prilosec, find a way to a doctor (look up free clinics in your area if you can't afford a doctor) and get in to see someone because it could be serious. Also if you think your stomach's bleeding don't eat anything spicy, avoid alcohol, greasy foods, red meat and other things that are hard on your stomach for at least a month. Mostly though, if you think you really injured it to the point it's bleeding, you need to go to a doctor :( It's just unfortunate that a doctor isn't always an option if you can't afford one.

You have an injured stomach? I think you mean you have a sick stomach. But anyway...eat some crackers and drink some 7-Up. You need to stay hydrated. If you're still throwing up 24 hours later, go to an urgent care clinic or the ER.

Injured stomach in plain English means that you sustained an injury, maybe a blow during an accident. Maybe you mean an upset stomach which means your stomach will not tolerate food or drink. Your constant throwing up can signal you could be seriously ill. Posting this question will not help you. Get yourself to a Doctor immediately.
Hope you feel better.

See a doctor.
You may have food poisoning and nearly anything will upset your system.
Try 7-UP. Yes, it may seem weird, but at least it will give you sugar for energy and water for your system. The bubble work to fend off the upset feeling in your tummy.

If you need something to just settle your stomach, try drinking Sprite or Ginger Ale or something like that. Tums or mints might soothe your stomach as well.

Take a shot glass full of olive oil and rest. Whole milk helps. If you're lactose intolerant, goat milk or soy milk.
