This idiot is actually threatening Iran now...
Honestly, how stupid is this guy? The ONLY reason I can see him wanting to stay in Iraq and expanding this quagmire into Iran is because he has a majority stock holding in the company that makes and provides body bags and coffins for US troops....

Scarlett,
Are you really this stupid?!? The US army is getting it's a ss handed to it on a daily basis in Iraq, with a side of fries!
There are entire regions of Iraq that the US army does not DARE enter.
Even in the so-called "green zone", american troops wear flak vests on their days off!
And you claim that this is a victory? I'd hate to see what you consider a defeat...

So you feel that we should ignore the terrorists that Iran is sending to Iraq?
How about you telling us how to keep Iran from trying to overthrow the Iraqi government?

We are not currently "taking on Iran"... We are trying to intimidate Iran, raise our eyebrows at Iran so that Iran doesn't do anything that will cause us to have to act against them.(this is in regards to the Iran/weapons issue, not Iran coming into Iraq) Bear in mind that Iran & Israel are a ticking time bomb, and if Iran strikes Israel, the US has to intervene. We are strong allies with Israel.
And no, Bush doesn't want to lose the war in Iraq. He wants to win the war in Iraq - that is why he went along with the advice of our military commanders to send more troops. Some people think it's a good idea to undermine it by reducing the funding for the war. So that's great.... They can't stop the troops from being sent, but will put them in even MORE harms way by making it harder for them to defend themselves and do their mission. Now ask me again who doesn't care about the troops? The one who sends them or the ones who want to take away their ammo?

You know what pisses me off? The fact how people go around considering us losing this war. If we pull out, then we pull out, but that doesn't mean we lost! We came in there and within a couple days over threw the government. What we're doing know is cleaning up the mess and TRYING to make a safe environment for the Iraqi people. This is extra work we're doing......the only things I consider a lost in this war is American lives, money and time. Even though I believe we should have taken a different path to finding the people behind 9/11 George Bush isn't stupid. I would rather him than Hilary Clinton. Also, for the whole Iran issue, I don't think it will be as big as a deal that everyone is making it.

Yeah, so what your saying is that we should not tell Iran to back off? You're saying that it's ok for Iran to come into Iraq and further put our soldiers at risk. We're just supposed to cave in? Yeah, right. What do you mean lose another war? Who said we lost this war. We had three objectives when we went to Iraq. WMD's, Rid Saddam's rule, and establish a government based off of Democracy. We didn't find WMD's but we accomplished the other 2. We won according to what we went there to do. Now we are just helping the Iraqi government get things under control, which hasn't been lost either. You'r pathetic for thinking we've already lost. And your even more pathetic for thinking we should back down to Iran when they pose a threat to our soldiers. All in all, you're pathetic.

they don't -- no longer outright, that's. the famous flesh presser speaks with the help of a form of one/2-truths, ambivalences, and fluff by which one would (although that's not likely) locate substance ought to one make an attempt to penetrate all of it. most of the undesirable one hears about Iraq is one, the different, or all 3 of those -- although in a contest, 1/2-truths might want to win hands down subsequently. And in case you actually pay interest, they don't desire to lose the conflict -- yet they don't really want to win, both. See, to a political candidate, a conflict is little more advantageous than a reason for political progression; the morals, causes, and effects are merely this variety of tremendous number of cumbersome information to artwork with the help of. If President Bush were to announce an instantaneous withdrawal to be achieved by technique of this time next week, human beings might want to be up in hands -- contained when it comes to the liberal politicians, for each of the incorrect causes. Bush-bashing has develop right into a unprecedented device for garnering political help between the louder, extra extreme left-wing; the Iraq conflict is, as verified so aptly by technique of our nationwide media, their widely used source of ammunition. get rid of that from the equation, and we without caution locate ourselves dealing with such petty squabbles because the commutation of a sentence or the firing of various criminal specialists -- on none of that you'll base a political platform. Assuming a Democrat of the on the on the spot-operating ilk is elected to the Presidency, you may relax certain that the Iraq conflict received't end for a strong lengthy time period because it is going to nonetheless be politically expedient accountable each and every thing on George Bush for various years after he's lengthy gone. no longer in user-friendly words will this strengthen the recent President's political status (yet in user-friendly words between the acute communities to whom he or she is presently pandering), notwithstanding it is going to also absolve her or him of any duty for any mess united stateswhich occur in the course of the recent Presidential time period. that's all in a spectacular, exceptionally little container, isn't it?

The only people wanting to be defeated in another war are the enemies of the US and the political opponents of Bush who have invested in Americas defeat as a way to gain power.

I think your concerns should be directed at the Iranians for trying to interfere and destabilize Iraq, and not the president, who is trying to defend the democracy there.
It is really, really strange (although not, unfortunately, unheard of these days) for you to criticize the fireman for trying to put out the fire, and not the arsonist. Maybe the fireman has shares of stock in the water company?

I also think China is salivating.
I think this will ultimately end up in a further sorry state of affairs.

People like you are really idiots. Most of us in Iraq and Afganistan, or any of the other wars, don't appreciate that last part. Grow up and then offer your opinions.
I'm in Iraq. I hear a lot of Iraqis say, thanks. It was no different when we founded America. It took time to build and change. Iran wants to destroy America. Have you listened to what they have said. They want to destroy Iraq to destroy us. All the "fanatical" Islamics want to annihlate us.
YODA GREEN - YOU IDIOT: Have you been here in Iraq? You are wrong about having our asses handed to us and about the Green Zone. You obvioulsy do not have a clue, but you run your stupid mouth. Please provide your true name and where you live. I can ensure you there are thousands of soldiers who will travel to your town at their own expense to kick your butt for all the disrespectful comments you have made about those over here fighting. You immature little punk !
