Crossdressing is not a strong reason not have a girlfriend. Many men pursue it but in a healthy way. You need to prepare your parter for it, make it look slightly funny and infuse eroticism in it. And if you know how and when to do it, it would not embarrass your girlfriend.

Just learn a few tricks, will you ?

According to statistics (not sure how accurate they are though) 1 in 30 men crossdress. So it's more common than a lot of things. They do it for all sorts of reasons; and the vast majority of them are straight, just like you. There's nothing wrong with it, the issues are only because of bigoted people who don't like gay men and think that if a male dresses as a woman he must be gay. If that were true, then every woman who wears trousers must therefore be a lesbian..... utter rubbish!!!! The reasons guys do it for could be: > Girls clothes feel nicer. > A lot of single guys who really want a girlfriend and don't have one do it. > They want to become a female (transgender in progress) - most crossdressers won't fall into this category Just be aware that it might be hard to find a girlfriend who'll accept it. There are some great females though who do :)

Do not give it up.
One thing upfront: It will be really hard. Although woman might get attracted by you for "typical famela" attitudes, like being soft, caring, not getting unpatient during shopping etc. they might not accept you to wear female clothes.
If you want your crossdressing to be part of your relationship, do not hide it from her and wait for the "right" moment. Be prepared to get hurt.
Finding a girl on the usual way and expect her to accept (or even better like) your crossdressing is very unlikely. Females can completely dress mal (including boxers) without getting a bad feedback, but it is not the other way around. Maybe try the Internet to find a match.
I was outing myself to 2 girlfriends as a crossdresser, and the result was destroying all my hopes. I was called to be sick, perverted or gay, although they already knew better. They wanted to cure me, bring out the male in me and what else. They feared to loose tha man inside of me, if they would allow me to dress, although my female attitudes was the things that they loved about me. It was making the difference.

Please do not give up the hope, make a decision if it is important for you and if yes, be honest when you meet a girl. If you get hurt, do not try to change yourself, but drop the person hurting you. Do not try to change yourself, it will never go away. There are many happy couples, where the man crossdresser, but it will be hard to get there.

Good luck

All I can say is look at Eddie Izzard. He is an UGLY woman and not a very attractive man either and his wife is gorgeous(they met before he became a star) You just have to be honest from the beginning. I don't know how your last GF found out, but if it was by accident she was probably shocked...maybe you looked better than her and she was jealous.. you have to be able to make light of a situation like that also and not let it get you down, or have you question yourself in any way...

It won't be easy, but I've heard of it being done. What a lot of people don't get is that simply dressing in women's clothes doesn't make you gay. That is most likely what scares women off. As such, you're probably going to want to move very slowly when it comes to dating a girl. Don't try to get into bed with her on the first date. Take time to get to know her and let her get to know you. Is this something you want to share with her? If not, there's not much chance of the relationship succeeding.

Yes - you just need to be honest with the person you are seeking out. I enjoy crossdressing and told my wife I wanted to wear women's panties. Figured I'd start slow to keep her comfort level in check. She laughed and then we went panty shopping together and had a blast! I haven't kicked it up to the next level yet, but I'm getting ready. Good luck my friend.

I have had some understanding girlfriends. I get hit on by more women in a straight bar if I am dressed female than if dressed male. Just go for it.

lets face it, it takes alot of people to make this world go around.. dressing up as a woman isnt the worst thing a person may have to deal with from their partner. all I can say is be honest from the start and get it out in the open if the gals you are getting involved with cant deal with it then dont waste your time or theirs. plain and simple be honest about it.

there is someone for everyone as long as everyone in the situation is honest with each other from the very beginning!! i'm sure there are clubs or websites that will have you meeting other people like you and you will also find people that accept dating transvestites.
