I have not sneezed in my sleep. At least I don't believe I have. I have sneezed as soon as I woke up. Read this article for information about your question.

Very interesting question. I have not personally heard anyone sneeze in their sleep. I did a quick search and saw that several people had asked this on Answers before and most people say yes. But I also found this post from a Neuroscientist saying no, with an explaination...

Even though its possible, your nerves arent as active when you're asleep as when you're awake, and irritants contacting nerves in your nose is what makes you sneeze.
