I see a lot of rap sheets of Hispanic offenders that were transferred to ICE. What exactly is that?

Thanks!

Immigration and customs enforcement is what ICE stands for. They are what used to be INS and the Border Patrol. The government did some shuffling around and re-organized a lot of departments.
