What is the secret to potty training?

I have three kids of my own and they were very easy to potty train. Now I babysit my aunt's three-year old daughter, and I can not get her to go to the potty all the time.

When she's ready she'll do it-there is no secret. Don't pressure her.

I don't think there's a secret. When there ready they will go. Sounds like you ask her thats all you can do. Just reminding her about using the potty it should work its self out.

what worked for me was to not ask and just take my son and sit him on the potty once an hour
