I cannot seem to find Elmo birthday invitation cards...either the kind that I can submit a digital pic of my daughter and they will put an Elmo background OR a regular paper card that I can stick a photo in on the front? Thanks so much! (I have checked Ebay as well).

wal mart, target ,walgreens, a craft store, maybe there is a sesame street store on line, toys-r-us, kids-r-us...thats all i can come up with good luck!

You may have to make your own. Meijer carries a whole line of Elmo party supplies but nothing like you mentioned. You could get the invites there and make your own, though.
