a shoulder length (or longer) haircut thats easy to manage but stylish?

anyone has suggestions? pictures to show me?
i've got a some-what heart shaped face...
you know, bigger forehead and narrower jawline..
and i'd say i've got a long face.

i've had long hair for faaarr too long, and wanna try something new.
preferably less hassle (hate styling) but still sexy chic.
