None. There is too much fresh, wild seafood n the market that can be cooked much quicker and it tastes better!

The Genaurdis (Safeway) chain has beer battered Cod filets that are the best of the lot. Only problem is they don't seem to have them all the time :(

I hate frozen fish..I rather just get it from the butcher and grill fresh salmon and so on.

I have never found one that reliably tastes fresh when I get it home or take from freezer a couple weeks later.
