I don't run around doing good deeds. But I do treat people with kindness. I listen to what they say. I try to live in harmony with and accept what is.

That's all nothing fancy.

Yes, including working with non-profit organizations to improve the quality of life for all mankind.

I helped a lady to her car this year. Her foot was broken, so I just carried her.
