At 16 years old you will likely have no more than infatuous love towards another person. Having sex with this person won't make you a sl**, but should be considered an act of stupidity on you and your partner's part. I don't know if there is a "magic" age where things like true love make sense, but I know it isn't age 16 or for that matter any age that ends with "teen". I am not saying that one should have to wait until marriage to loose their virginity, but at least wait until you are in a position where you know the difference between true love, infatuation, and just plain sex.

most poeple lose their virginity when they aren't ready and many females wish they had waited until they found a person who is loving instead of lustful .
why would someone want to bring a child into the world when they are still a child except that they live in parts of the world where they don't live very long because of civil strife , filthy water and disease ridden filth around them.
WE have choices in our country and should not be in a hurry to bring another human into this crowded world .
If you have a great job and make an excellent income you could hire a nanny and give birth to many babies at the same time

It all depends on the person! Whenever you're ready! And you're not a slut based on what age you lose it! You're a slut if you just sleep with many different people all the time just b/c u want some action! Basically ur a slut if have casual sex with people ur not in a relationship with!

there really is no age. When you're with someone that makes your heart flutter and they are willing to make love to you. I see it like this: When it happens, it happens. My girlfriend and I are both virgins and we are both ready to lose our "V" but she lives 1,300 miles away and I am moving there in May. We decided that it would probally be within 2 months of finally seeing each other in person.

A s l u t, in my opinion, is a guy OR girl that has sex with many people and then doesn't talk to them again. Same thing as a one-night-stand basicly

when you graduate high school, and have a job, alot of money saved up for your baby that you might end up conceiving, sex isn't something that is a game, its fun its something you feel you have to have, trust me you will feel much better waiting till you find the right person, i say get your priorities together then have sex, meaning yes1 you should wait till you are mature enough ready to get married and have a baby, that is what sex is all about. not being religous or anything its just that i know i had made those mistakes. it takes alot to wait, It is worth the wait.

Wait, wait, wait. I am totally serious about this. First of all, once you start sleeping with someone it just makes it that much harder to abstain in the future. Plus, it could falsely connect you to someone who may not be right for you. Sex is extremely intimate and it really clouds your judgement. Also, as someone who had a child out of wedlock (unplanned) I speak from experience. I have had to struggle for everything to make a good life for me and my child...college, buying a home, EVERYTHING. I lost my "v" as you put it over 13 years ago, and I still wish I hadn't.

What age can you deal with disease, dating and dilemmas. If you choose to lose your V, then choose a person that you enjoy being with and can trust not to tell their friends your secrets. Guys don't really care until we are hit with legal issues and marriage. Test the person, see what is their breaking point. Talk to an older person and ask them about their experiences. You will learn more about pleasures, pains and romance.

Baby the only time it is "right" to lose it is if YOU are READY. My friend lost hers like a week ago tomorrow, and she regrets the hell out of it. Just do it when you are ready, and it should really be with someone who cares about you, and that you care about. Make sure he really cares about you, don't just do it because he says "I love you".

I'm just saying to make sure you are ready and not doing it cause your friends are, or because you think you are in love. Be careful when you do decide to do it, and use protection.

I can't stress it enough, MAKE SURE IT'S YOU THAT IS READY! Don't let a guy pressure you.

What religion? In my opinion, one's virginity should be lost to someone you love and are legally married to. Yet you probably won't take my opinion seriously. You might be infatuated with someone and think its love and in a spur of the moment you decide to have sex and that person breaks your heart. If your with someone and they want to force you to have sex, they neither respect you nor are they concerned about your well-being. I'm 19, have a boyfriend and we haven't had sex, we're christians, i'm in university and he respects my choice and i respect his. a relationship is born out of respect. a relationship can susrvive without sex.
when a person has multiple sex partners i think she can be classified as a slut, but Jesus never condemned anyone, instead He admonishes them to repent and move on.

Wait until you're married. God will bless you for not giving in to your flesh and for not committing fornication. You won't regret waiting cuz good things come to those who wait. Flee youthful lusts. You will always have that experince to treasure with your husband/wife later on and It'll bond you together, believe me.
