Probably 1 moa or possibly sub-moa with factory ammo. The likelihood of acheiving that will depend heavily of course on the individual shooter. All rifles, even two identical models, will shoot different ammo differently. Best thing to do is try a bunch of different brands, types, and bullet weights to see which your rifle likes and shoots most accurately. It's also best to match the bullet weight with the rifling's rate of twist. A faster twist is better for heavier bullets.
Also, remember to let your barrel cool between groups so as to not get inconsistent results.

Also depends on the weight of the bullet. Some people think that the heavier the bullet the better but a heavy bullet is harder to stabilize and will often cause a poor group. Same for to light. Try a couple of different loads and types to determine what your gun likes. A 22-250 should shoot under 1 moa easily though.

My 300WSM 12BVSS shoots into about 1/2 MOA. You should expect around the same, but ammo and shooter are probably going to make at least as much difference as the rifle.

If you do your part I'm willing to bet you can get 1/2 moa or better.
