If you want a potted plant, you could try calla lilly or peace plant. Both have pink variations. Make sure to check the light conditions in your room first.

There are many choices. Your best bet is to just go down to the local flower shop or Wal-Mart and check out the pre-arranged bouquets. I'm sure you'll find what you are looking for. Silk flowers can be expensive but it's a great way to keep beautiful arrangements all year round!

There is a plant called Hypoestes (Polka Dot Plant) The leaves are green with pink polka dots on them. Insignificant flowers though. They are grown more for their foliage. They are very cute. The trick with them is to keep them pinched down to a short level. If they are left to grow tall, they tend to get leggy and unhappy looking. Home Depot normally carries them in a 4" pot.

Depends on if you want natural indoor plants or silk type arrangement.
Its getting close to spring, how about some potted tulips, or fresh cut.
They are inexpensive and instantly pretty while you decide on what to do. Silk will need washing; however there are some gorgeous ones in the better shops, live plants will need care -need good light, etc., etc.
Good luck.
