I have about 10,000 fhotos, logos, pictures in the hard disc. Most of them are repeated a lot of times.?

I click the desktop, click search, select pictures and fotos. How can I get rid of so much staff, specially the ones that are repeated a lot of times?

Switch on the Indexing Service, let the service Index ALL files.
So long as the names are fairly consistent, then you can manually delete all duplicates, once you search the files after an indexing run; It will have to be manual since many duplicates are problematic in that the names are not consistent

If you *know* which ones they are, then highlight them in My Computer window, and hold down Shift key and press Delete key and this will delete the files *instead* of shipping copies off to the recycle bin so's you won't keep copies on your hard drive still eating up space...Is that what you're asking?
