I saw on the style network that if you have thinning hair problems to take biotin and folic acid. I have tried it and it does work. Your hair falling out could be the result of stress, poor diet, or certain medications. Don't worry about it, it happens to lots of people. Also, you can get that hair thinning shampoo and conditioner, that seems to work too. Lots of Luck!!!!

like it's falling out of your head? blondes lose hair at a faster rate than other hair colors. if you notice a more loss than normal recently, you probably do need to see a doctor as it could be something serious. if you don't typically use any product on your hair (ie hairspray, mousse, hairdryer, curling iron, etc) and have recently started, that could be a reason for increased hair loss.
if you mean your hairstyle fall out (ie you curl your hair in the morning and by the afternoon it's straight again), there's not much you can do about it. my blonde hair is the same way, flat as a board, and i curl it and five minutes later it's flat again. so there's not much you can do about it, other than get a perm, but those don't hold well in fine, straight, blonde hair either.

Just so you know, it is normal to lose 50-100 strands per day. Because your hair is long, it might seem like you are losing more strands than you really are. However, if you are indeed losing your hair, you could start to take Vitamin B. Also, make sure your scalp is healthy and free from any oil blocking your hair follicles. Get a deep cleaning shampoo and make sure to condition your locks.

You and that i'd basically lose all of them collectively, and do not shed any more effective in the course of the day...

You can take vitamins that are specially made for hair, skin and nails. I've tried them and I think they do work.
Stress causes you to loose your hair too.
