Death. That's the worst side effect, and it's always a possibility.

There are legitimate medical uses for vicodin, for all narcotics. The difference is that when it's used for legitimate medical purposes, it helps to greatly improve OUR lifestyles. It helps to allow US to function, reasonably well, on a routine basis. This is the aim of pain management, functionality and not the complete disappearance of pain.

However, when narcotics are abused for recreational purposes, the user's lifestyle starts to circle the drain. That's the difference between addition and legitimate medical need.

Those individuals who abuse narcotics do nothing other than make things extremely idfficult, if not impossible, for US, for chronic pain patients, to get the help that WE need. So, in addition to death as a side effect, let's include the fact that until that point, individuals abusing these drugs are selfish a***s.

I have used it. You get an opiate high, for the first few days you use it. But few negative side affects; it does not cause constipation, like most of the opioid drugs.

Too much for too long will cause addiction and withdrawal. But I had no problem.

You get slow... you forget things... guys have a hard time getting it up, girls have a hard time getting wet... your neurons break off and your reaction times slow down... it's not a good thing.
