I have to assume you are speaking of bladder incontinence pads. Yes you should. But only sanitary disposable ones with good perineal care always.At bedtime and upon arising in the morning. Am sure you know that already. Have a good day.

Well Im not sure how sanitary that is but you could wear them. You can find them at the local dollar store pretty cheap, and at some other places. Try that before washing them
