This guy, whom I really like has a thing for my friend. She definitely led him on to believe that they were at least dating if not being exclusive. However, since I am her friend she confides in me and told me that she definitely wants to be single and not date him. Instead of telling him though, she just sort of makes fun of it and ignores him. This just leaves him confused. He even asked me if i knew anything. I do not know what to do. Should I tell him. I mean, im really not impressed with her actions and she is definitely in the wrong. please help me....

If the girl is really your friend explain the situation and tell her you want a shot at the guy before he's an emotional wreck because of what she's doing to him.
then let him know you are interested and see what happens
dont try to force it and if nothing happens when he knows you are interested then don't dwell on it and move on before you get too involved

tell your friend that you think that this guy is a really nice, cool guy and she should not get involved with him if she is not interested...... do not say anything to the guy that is not your place.... good luck!
