Somalians do not speak Arabic! The official language of Somalia is Somali (not Somalian). Unfortunately, I cannot find a place to translate such a complex sentence...

Somalis would be no more likely to speak Arabic than any other non-arabic muslim state. Get a translation in Somali. Arabic will be no more useful than English!
