i dont believe in love at such a young age but i dont wanna give him the wrong idea... what do i do?

hey gurl wats up well love doesnt necerly means to haev sex its just a feeling that u have like his scent it attracts u all the way but if u dont feel taht way just tell him the truth and taht just to giv u time to get to no one each other becuz if ur homenes and u dont know wat u want really...

He may just of said he loved you because he had a slight feeling or maybe he THOUGHT that's the way you felt so he thought maybe as being the man in the relationship he should go ahead and say it, you never know, he may not love you either.
I'd just not say it to him and I'm proud of you for coming to a conclusion that you don't love him instead of saying it knowing it's a lie. Don't say it to him and talk to him about it tell him you think love is a strong word and it takes time for something like that to really happen and explain to him that maybe one day you two will develop true love but you think it's too soon right now. If he REALLY loves you like he says he does he'll understand and back away from the I love you thing and wait to see what happens.

Uhm, duh? Break up with him. If you know you don't love him, don't lead him on. Ugh! I hate chicks like you! Love is a choice. Don't make it any more complicated than that. If you want to do things for him and prioritize him over other important things, then you love him. Yeah, there's such a thing as chemistry too, but love is a choice.
