Yeah, for the most part I think he will. There doesn't seem to any heavyweights in the UFC who can stand up with him and there are no heavyweights that are good enough grapplers to submit him.
However, there is always that "fluke chance" that Mirko can get caught (i.e. his loss to Kevin Randleman) that keeps me from saying I'm 100 percent positive as opposed to 90 positive. If he gets cocky with his left kick and ends up relying on it too much I can see him paying for it. He did this against a tomato-can in Hiromitsu Kanehara (11 wins 16 losses) and ended up going to a decision against a C-level fighter, so the possibility is there...

No doubt, I would never bet against Cro Cop. Unless he was fighting against Fedor, which he is not in the UFC. The UFC has never seen the likes of a fighter like this before. Deadly kicks and a strong ground defense make for a champ.

Cro Cop is alot more vulnerable then Fedor. Cro-Cop is the figther that should beat everyone currently in the UFC but it doesn't mean that he will. He has been KO'd before and it could happen again. I would favor him over Tim Sylvia and anyone else but its not the same like Fedor. If Fedor lost ot Sylvia or Liddell or anyone in UFC I would be shocked. If Cro Cop lost I would be surprised but not shocked.
So my answer is I'm 75% sure he will be the champion.

I do think Mirko is in the top tier of heavyweights in the UFC,with Brandon Vera without a UFC contract,Tim Sylvia is a joke and can't finish fights,Randy Couture may beat Tim but i do believe he won't keep it long.

Mirko is now no longer with the UFC. Mirko stated that Dana White become no longer able to get him an opponent quickly sufficient, yet he did go away on strong words. at the same time as Mirko wins 3 consecutive fights in DREAM he will go back to the UFC. curiously he had lengthy exceeded with the help of somewhat a tough time in his existence and his coronary heart become no longer in MMA, yet he stated he's decrease back and mentally prepared to wrestle and win lower back. he's battling Tatsuya Mizuno on March fifteenth on the first DREAM adventure. he's truly going decrease back to Japan the position he feels extra delicate to rack up some wins and get his self belief decrease back, then going decrease back to the UFC. That poster is previous. i have heard his MySpace isn't reliable both, yet i'm no longer too effective. His MMA-identity account is definitely authentic although and he posts on it plenty so that's the most acceptable position to get each and every of the present Mirko information.

Just look at the betting odds for the Feb 3rd fight
Mirko Cro Cop -1600
Eddie Sanchez +400
(-1600 means in order to make $100 you have to bet $1,600 and +400 means you will make $400 for every $100 you bet)

It depends. He hasn't fought in a UFC event yet so I think that he needs to get his feet wet first. His record suggests that he should be capable of cleaning house, but no one is perfect and he may need time to adjust to his new surroundings and stuff. I do think that he should be an exciting person to watch going forward if he lives up to the hype.

Yes he will. No one in the heavyweight division has comparable skills to CroCop. With Vera gone, no one will challenge CroCop other than Sylvia. I believe CroCop will take the belt in his first attempt, but not as one sided of a fight that every one is predicting.

Yes, he will smash his way through the Heavyweight competition, then he will cut to fight at 205 if he doesn't go back to Pride to fight Fedor
