I'm really sad right now. I talk to my mom this morning, and she told me my sweet cat Boo Boo died yesterday. I had him for a year and some month. Come October, it would have been two years. If anyone has lost a pet they loved so much, I feel for you, and you could pay tribute here as I am. Thanks!

Sadly, Krazy Libra

Did you know that you can honor your cat with a most valuable piece of jewelry--a diamond created from you cat's carbon. Natural diamonds are created from carbon pressurized in extreme heat underground. They have devised a system to extract the carbon from a beloved pet's remains or even a lock of hair while the cat is still living. The end result is a stunningly brilliant diamond memento to cherish your cat forever.
The diamond is available in colorless, blue, canary yellow, green or red. The entire process takes about 6 months to complete.

I lost one of my furry babies recently too. I'm not going to say something as stupid or trite as 'I understand how you feel' or 'You'll get over it'. At present, you probably don't feel that at all.

You and your Boo Boo must have been very happy together. And I'm sure there was a lot of love in that littly furry purring body.

Boo Boo will be waiting for you at the Rainbow Bridge.

Oh Libra, I feel for you.

My boyfriend and I adopted a dog together on November 5, 2006. Augustus was a wonderful one year old Catahoula. He was very mild-tempered, and loved to be loved on. After a couple days of having him at home, we noticed his nose was running -- a cold we figured. We took him to the vet, and they said it was pneumonia, so they kept him overnight for the weekend to keep fluids in him. We got him back home and on a remedy of antibiotics. His mood was still depressed. Then on November 18, 2006 Augustus had a bloody nose. JJ (my boyfriend) rushed him to the hospital and the vet told him that there was nothing that could be done about it, and that it was a big posibility that it was Distemper. We took him home and tried to stop the bleeding with a steam bath. After a while the bleeding stopped. But that night, Augustus fell to the floor and began to go into confulsions and foaming at the mouth. When we got him to the vet, we were told that poor baby Augustus had advanced Distemper, and he needed to be put down that night. That was the last time I ever saw my Augustus.

That night JJ and I went to my parents house for consolation. At home I have 4 dogs, Molly, Phoebe, Gracie, and Sam. Mom and Dad were very sad for us, and then they broke the news to me. The night before (November 17, 2007) my parents had to put my 16 year old peek-a-poo Molly down. I had had her for 15 years, and she was my best friend. She had been suffering for several years with arthritis in her hips, and she was going blind. We as a family had decided that we would put her to rest when she was in too much pain to walk. That happened on the 17th, and she was laid to rest. Mom and Dad hadn't told me until the next day because I was at a conference and they were going to wait until the Sunday the conference ended.

I lost two of my best friends on one weekend.

I feel for you, Libra. I really do. But know that Boo Boo knows that he was loved for the time he had with you, and you were blessed to have him in your life, even for that short time.

Time will heal all wounds.

Losing one of my babies was harder than losing my step dad for me. He was 13, but that made it harder. I feel for anyone who loses a baby, it is always hard. Try framing a picture to put on a mantle or shelf to be seen frequently, it is best to remember them in their prime. Just know that boo boo is now with Bastile, no longer in pain.

If she is scratching that's an allergic reaction! sturdy information, cats can take a baby's dose of benedryl. you additionally can use triple antibiotic ointment (neosporin) on the wound to help it heal quicker and sidestep infetcion. If the sore is the only symptom than she is allergic to a minimum of something it is coming in touch along with her face. If she has vomited, has muddle container subject concerns, ect than its something that she has rubbed her face on and eaten. attempt to make certain what's the variable in her existence. My cat is extremely allergic to catnip. We only went by using this at our residing house.

A pet is not just a toy,
To play with when we choose.
A pet is often so much more,
And when they go we lose.
We lose joy and laughter,
Peace and love, sublime.
But know that they are waiting,
For us to cross that bridge in time.
The Rainbow Bridge awaits us all,
For when our time is passed.
And we will be greeted, it is said,
With joy to forever last.
That joy must include - pet lovers know,
Our fur-friends we've long missed.
And when we cross that Rainbow Bridge,
The future will be bliss.

Just a suggestion as a great way to pay tribute to your cat friend. When my cat "Mr. Kitty" (I tried calling him several names and "Mr. Kitty was the one he responded to) died I had a stone engraved with his name and then went to the local garden store bought a fresh Catnip plant (Mr Kitty loved fresh catnip) planted it in my garden outside the plant grows easily and all the neighborhood cats seem to enjoy it.
