Easy Chicken Pot Pie
From Jenae Smith
Jenae says this:"My family loves this recipe, which is quick and easy, while still being healthy for us to eat. It's a lifesaver at the end of a long workday when you've got hungry kids! I think anyone will agree that it tastes better than any frozen pot pie. Stew beef and golden mushroom soup can be substituted in this recipe, as well as turkey left over from the holidays."
INGREDIENTS:
2 frozen pie shells
1-10 3/4 oz cream of mushroom soup
1/2 C. milk
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
2 C. cooked chopped chicken
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 small onion
Coarse ground black pepper, to taste
PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Take pie shells out of freezer, separate, lay one pie shell flat, leaving the other in the pie pan, and thaw for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, defrost frozen veggies in microwave; chop and sautee onion.

This is amazing! I tried it for the first time last year and it was by far my favorite chicken pot pie. I found it on the back of the Campbells Cream of Potato Soup can.
I did make a few changed to it but all that was was I added a little more chicken, and also added more potatoes which I just cooked in a bowl of water cubed up in the microwave first to soften so they wernt still raw when the pot pie was done. But I only did this because my boyfriend likes more hearty meals, it would have been fine to make the original recipe. You can also get the recipe from campbells website.
Try it out it was great and easy.

I have a very quick and easy recipe, the only problem is that I have made this so many times I don't use measurements. 2 or 3 cups of cooked chicken or turkey 1 can of veg-all 1 can of cream of potato soup 1/2 cup of milk 1/2 tsp of thyme salt & pepper to taste Ready made pie crust 1 Egg Mix all ingredients. In a pie plate line bottom with one of the crusts. Add ingredients. Top with other pie crust. In a cup, beat egg and brush over top of the pie crust (helps it brown). Cook at 350 for 35 to 45 minutes or when top is brown. Hint: I like using frozen green beans in this as well. I am not a big fan of canned veggies. I also add frozen corn too. If you want it more creamy you can also add another can of cream of potato soup. Enjoy

Do what I do when I am being a lazy cook.
Get a pie crust, some frozen vegetables (carrots, green peas, celery), broil the chicken, get cream of chicken, or celery for lighter taste. Put it all in a pie shell, get some bisquick and make a dry dough mixture, roll it out thin, put it on top butter it, Place some aluminum foil on top, cook for about an hour, or (or until the crust is done) take off the aluminum foil. and enjoy!
if you want to be lazier go buy it.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aME9P
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

We eat chicken n biscuits instead.
I boil my chicken breast until you can pull them apart. Drain most of the juice. Add a chicken bouillon, a can of cream of chicken or mushroom soup, a couple of cans of veg-all, salt and pepper for the inside. I get flaky biscuits already in the can...place on top. Put it in the oven until the biscuits are done.
