Did you try looking at some stores along Fowler Ave in the USF area? I know there's an Indian grocery store there and lots of other ethnic restaurants. If you could find an Ethiopian or other African cuisine restaurant, they might be able to tell you where to get it.
Otherwise, try the Internet.

There is a Wild Oats market in Tampa down near the airport area. Call them and see if they have it. They have all kinds of interesting things.
