I make my husband and sons a great big ole breakfast every morning
I think they're worth it.
and it only take 15 minutes, to make it , maybe even less
total of 30 minutes eat time,and we eat as a family
you could even slap it into a baggie to eat on the bus or while sitting in traffic, i wrap them in tinfoil and send them on there way if they are running late and my 10 year old can eat on the bus, and my hubby while sitting in traffic, sipping his tea from his cup

It depends... I usaully am a cereal/oatmeal/protein shake girl during the week as I am short on time in the morning.
But I love a bigger breakfast on the weekends. Still healthy, but heartier with some egg whites or beaters, turjey bacon, sweet potato home fries, and and english muffin!

Nothing beats a well cooked FULL English breakfast on a sunday morning after a fairly heavy night out. Big breakfast wins for me everytime.

well on a week day I prefer an egg mcmuffin since it is quick and filling (cereals make me feel sleepy once I get to work) sometimes on Saturdays I like to eat a big breakfast on occasion though.

I would rather go to Waffle House and have some sausage, bacon, hash browns, etc., but I usually just eat some crackers or Cheerios.

i would eat a couple of biscuits and have a cup of tea but if i got a hangover i have a boiled egg chopped up on toast wased down with a gallon of tea
