So recently my boyfriend and I have been wondering what the heck the little yellowish white chunks that smell like a months worth of bad breath are. I know you know what I'm talking about I don't know anyone that hasnt gotten one. Anyways does anyone know what these little "death stank" balls are? Anyways let me know because it's really bizarre and I've decided that they must have come from the tonsels...help me out here!

Those are called Tonsil 'liths'.. essentially, 'stones' that are stored in pits from your tonsils. My son had them and they smelled awful! they are a mixture of old food and bacteria that has gathered in the pits on your tonsils and once they get so big you just hack them out! If you are prone to sore throats or tonisllitis, a tonisllectomy may be in order and will rid you of this terrible problem as they cause bad breath too!

I used to have those foul nasties too.
I found out they were bile deposits from my gallbladder that were being "coughed or regurgitated" up.
I know it sounds gross, but it's the truth!
I ended up having my gallbladder removed due to gallstones & pain in 2003 and have had none, zero, ever since.
I had my tonsils out in 1999 and still had those icky, creamy chunks until after the gallbladder surgery.

Plaque, that's why you are supposed to gargle the plaque collects in pockets on your tonsils.

It's NOT old food.

It's mucus. You've coughed up stuff out of your lungs (from post nasal drip) and it's been down there a while. THAT'S why it smells so bad.
