I am on weight watchers and craving spaghetti or something like it vegetarian. What is a good recipe? I even thought about Lasagna, but not really sure about how to make it. I have never prepared it myself because my mom never ate it or made it.

You can find your favorite spaghetti recipe and substitute shredded zucchini for meat. You can hardly tell the difference.

I don't know if the Vegetarian version is lower in fat, but I have had spaghetti with the lean turkey meat (Jenny-O) instead of the standard beef. It still tastes just as good. Also I know for sure that you can substitute the regular noodles for whole wheat noodles. All the grocery stores carry them and they're an excellent alternative to the regular carb-filled kind. Using the turkey meat and wheat noodles should cut ur calories by atleast 30%
