Something you won't throw away or use again? What the heck are you talking about woman? Stop smoking crack cause you make no sense at all.

You can always go the clothing route. Who doesn't keep tees or sweats (even if it's just to hack around the house in)?
Not long ago, I had a "girl's night out" with a sleepover after. Where we all work and/or have families, it's rare for us all to get together. I wanted to do something special, but not the typical gift baskets of lotions, body sprays, etc. I also wanted everyone to be able to use what I gave them after that night. I just ordered yoga-style sweats and had "GNO" (Girl's Night Out) and the date printed on them. When you buy in multiples it's cheaper and everyone was tickled...just make sure you have everyone's sizes. Maybe something like that? I would do that for all of the guys. And as far as the best man...he can have sweats, too, but he also needs something more personal for playing the role of best man in the wedding. I know many people who buy them a pair of front-row tickets to their favorite sporting event. It can be anything - as long as you put some thought into it and it personal, he'll use it. If he likes to cook, how about an appliance he's had his eye on but won't buy for himself because it's a little too pricey? Wedding party gifts aren't nearly as complicated and difficult to buy as they were years ago, when most went by a set standard of gift-giving. He's the best man, so your fiancee will know without a doubt what his favorite things to do are. If you are down to the wire, and still find you have no gift ideas for him, you can always load up a Visa gift card...that you can never go wrong with. He can shop for himself anywhere that takes Visa and in whatever amount. I hope I (at the very least) gave you a lead or maybe a hint in a direction you hadn't thought about. Take care! :)

Check out Tiffanys. Everything is tasteful and comes in a neat box.

For the guys a small pewter or silver flask is classic and always tasteful (engraved with their name is a plus). Pocket knives work as well. Though the one on tiffanys is $195. If they golf there is a cool sterling silver golf tee. Either way fo the guys go to a cigar shop. They have cool lighters and such.

For women the Tiffany site. It has tasteful and cool bracelets for around $100 and up. Not trendy but classy. Plus again, cool box.

Congratulations!

My husband received a nice glass stein which was engraved. I've also seen silver engraved "flasks" (but my husband does not drink so luckily this was not his gift). Go to a place called Things Remembered. They have a lot of ideas. If all elsse fails, tickets to sporting events or gift certificates (perhaps to their favorite sports bar or restaurant)

We gave the guys in our bridal party cigar cutters. My husband has received everything from a Zippo lighter to divot tool (engraved) to a swiss army knife (engraved) to golf towel and a round of 18 to restaurant gift certificates. It all depends on the personality of your wedding party. Also rememeber, you don't have to get them all the same thing if their personalities are totally different - just try to spend about the same on each of them. Good luck!

For the bridesmaids, we got jewelry boxes at a Things Remembered with their names engraved on them. They had some with red roses that went well with our wedding. For the guys, we got engraved shot glasses and beer mugs. They loved them! Flasks are also nice. We wanted to do that, but one of my bridesmaids was Morman, so she didn't drink, and I didn't want to offend her or buy her a "special" or "other" gift and make her feel singled out. I got a locket keychain engraved with my first initial as a bridal party gift for one my my friend's weddings. I love it, and I still have it on my keychain 2 years later!

For men, I'd say cufflinks or a nice pen set. My boyfriend got a shoe polish kit for being a groomsman; I thought that was kind of lame.

My husband got his guys personalized pub signs. He also got them really nice glass beer mugs with all their nicknames engraved on them. The mugs are kept at our house for them to drink out of when they come over

A present for them to remember something very important to you...but that does not guarantee that it won't be thrown away or donated to charity.

I would buy them each a gift certificate to Macy's or purchase them a really nice flask with their initials engraved.
