Kissing does not transmit HCV; it is transmitted by blood to blood only. HCV is rarely transmitted sexually, unless rough sex is involved, anal sex, or non-traditional sexual practices like sticking pins or needles through the skin in each other. The incidence of sexual transmission in stable, monogamous couples is <5% according to the CDC.
I personally know of many married couples who do not use condoms and only one person in the marriage is infected. Best wishes to you.

HCv is not typically transferred by sex. My father has been living with HCV since before I was born (I am 25) and my mother never contracted it.
