It has to be low fat and I need some vegetables to go with it. I usually eat cottage cheese (low fat or no fat) to get my milk in every day.

Have you looked on their website? They usually have good recipes. Also, have you tried the smart ones frozen dinners? They are generally 5 or 6 points. (they have a salisbury steak w/ mac and cheese) I bring one to work with me every day. Good luck.

Ever try the Hebrew National 97% fat free franks? They are only 1 pt each! I love them.

If you are hungry for meat if you prepare your own you will get more or use your flex points if you are really craving. I am going to WW and could use a buddy.
