If you mean metric, the other answers are right. But you said decimal, which has to do with numbers and not units systems. So, in that context a quarter is 0.25 and a half is 0.50. And, if you were going to convert to metric, you would have to say from what other measure to what metric measure. The conversion from English Barrels to metric cubic centimeters is an example.
