Fight the good fight of faith.....keep on truckin'.
God promised to never leave you or forsake you. Hang in there......if you gave your life to Christ, you CANNOT lose that salvation....ever.
I will pray for you.

Dear Kaitlyn,
Praise the Lord! Thank you for sharing your good news.
As Primoa1970 said the Lord has promised Never to fail you or forsake you. There were times in my spiritual growth that I felt exactly as you do now. It isn't fun but do not give up. Keep drawing nearer to the Lord. The best way to do that is to read His Word every day and to attend a Bible believing church.
There will be things that you aren't going to understand right now just as there are many things I don't understand yet but that is okay. Our heavenly Father knows what we need and He is trustworthy. I have often found that understanding comes after obedience, not before.
If you have time I'll recommend several books that have helped me tremendously.
The Daily Walk Bible
Knowing God by J.I. Packer
Mere Christianity by C.S. Lewis
The Screwtape Letters by C.S. Lewis
Morning and Evening by Charles H. Spurgeon
Several books by Lee Strobel
Several books by Ravi Zacharias
All the rest of Charles Spurgeon's books
Nobody, absolutely nobody is "good enough" for God to help them and that is exactly why He promised to help us when we sincerely seek His help. We are unique works in progress not finished goods.

This is simple...
Quit trying to be pious and perfect. God doesn't want you to do anything but believe. If you try to be perfect you will only fail. Let God work through you but know that you don't have to be on any sort of spiritual level to go to Him.
God is probably trying to teach you to quit trying and rely on Him.
There is no such thing as not being good enough for Him. No one can ever be good enough for Him. Otherwise He would not have sent Jesus to die for our sins.
Have faith and do your best. Believe and study the word. That is what is required of you. God will work out the rest.
When you fail, know that God is there and ready to forgive you, pick you back up, and set you on the right path again and again.
Know that when you fail, I too have failed. You are not alone.
God will not make you perfect in this life. So don't worry about it so much and enjoy the freedom that Christ has provided you.

I found that when I don't think I am worthy of Him I have a tendency to distance myself from Him and it makes it harder to receive direction from Him. I would try praying for Him to help you understand how He talks to you. If you aren't really good at understanding His answers, it doesn't mean He isn't answering, just that you haven't learned how to notice yet. Since this can vary from person to person it is important for you to learn directly from the source. So, stop praying for more faith in Him, or asking why things happen. Start by asking for help in hearing Him and knowing that He is listening. Prayer is often a matter of asking the right question. Since He rarely speaks directly, questions with complicated explanations that only He can give are really hard to answer in a way that you can understand. So ask simpler questions or ask for help with something very specific that you have trouble with.

...No one deserves God's love and grace - but He looks beyond our faults and saves us by His grace.
...What is it you are having a hard time believing? You are describing a common experience among believers - the enemy would have you quit, but don't quit, learn to walk with the Lord. God isn't through with you yet.
...A few questions for you:
1. Do you have a good church to attend and serve in (one that preaches Christ as Lord and the Bible as the authority and guide)? If not, make it a priority to find one. Meet regularly with other believers for worship and encouragement.
2. Are you reading the Bible? I Peter 2:2 says this: "like newborn babies, long for the pure milk of the word, so that by it you may grow in respect to salvation," and in Romans 10:17 we read, "Faith comes from hearing and hearing by the word of Christ."
3. Do you pray? Pray every day. Ask God to fill (control) you with His Holy Spirit.
...Here is a method of prayer you can use:
A = Adoration (remembering God's greatness)
C = Confession of any known sin
T = Thanksgiving-thank God blessings/all things
S = Supplication - personal requests and for others' requests
4. Witness - telling others about Jesus, as God gives you opportunity.
***********************************************
===> Very important. Memorize God's Word - these will help with assurances of salvation, answered prayer, etc. These will help if you have doubts.
...For assurance of salvation: John 5:24,
1 John 5:11-13, John 10:27-30.
...For assurance of answered prayer,John 15:7
...If I can be of any help to you, email me.

That's all God ever expects of anyone is to try. You don't have to be perfect. Everyone is going to fail. That's why we have Jesus. More than likely, God is helping you, just not in a way that you recognize. Keep praying and keep up the faith, you'll get it.

It's not unusual to have a doubt now and then about your salvation. Every knowledgeable believer knows it's something we don't deserve, not by a long shot. And no matter what our upbringing, we've all been taught by the world that we have to work for what we want. The free gift of salvation is therefore a counter-intuitive notion to us.
When you experience doubt, it's probably the devil toying with you, but it might be the Holy Spirit nudging you back to a closer relationship

LIFE is not a simple track thus to overcome our doubts we have an everlasting way in Jesus.keep on praying, even when you think GOD isn't listening but HE is very intently.may be He has answered your prayers but devil has blocked the pathway.fight with devil this is a warzone and you hav prayers as your weapons and Jesus by your side.dont give up and pray with more heart and fill your mouth with praises of God and show devil that u are not afraid of him any more
devil's major victory is when we are afraid of him and when he sees us vulnerable -he strikes and
devil dosent want us to live for ever and he want to capture us by distracting us agian and again, but we hav JESUS for our defence.so don't fret and praise the LORD .JESUS LOVES YOU A LOT.
GOD BLESS U.i'll pray for you.

None of us are good enough for God. That's why we need Christ to justify our sin nature. Remember that God will give you everything you need but not every thing you want or deserve.
He also doesn't listen to prayers that say "God if you do this, then I'll be good" You have to believe first and choose your prayers carefully
