Before marriage, women wouln't even give me a second glance. Now, they always walk up to me and talk really nice to me. Maybe I'm misinterpreting the "signals" but I've read up on this and they are definately giving me the "signals".

I just don't get it, where were all these women when I was single and could do something about it?

The one main reason is that men in committed relationships, whether it be engaged or married, give off different pharamones. There have been studies done and it has been proven. Since you don't care anymore about impressing another person, women pick up on that and think that since you don't care as much you will be true and not just try to get into their pants. My fiance is going through the same thing. Ever since we got engaged he has had more women hit on him ... including women that would have never given him a second look when he was single. Unfortunately, there's not much you can do about it except to keep telling them that you are not interested and that you are happily married. I hope this helps.

The pheremone idea sounds intriguing. Men who are married (or in committed relationships) exude more confidence and comfort with women than single men. They are also more sensitive about behaviors and subjects women might find off-putting, and are generally more considerate in their mannerisms with women. I suppose many women think that the guy must be pretty good stuff if one woman has already decided to spend her life with him--faulty logic at best for finding a mate.

It's an ego boost to have a guy want you and that he can't have you even in your own mind. Now that you're married, it's implied that you don't want them and That Just Cannot BE!!
Also, think Supply and Demand. Some woman wanted you enough to "take you out of the market", so you must be worth your weight in gold.

I think women are now seeing that you obviously have something going for you since you are married. Either way, don't act upon anything. Flash your left hand so they can see that ring, if they continue to flirt kindly tell them that you are happily married and not interested.

Women see the ring and they believe you have been "house trained" so to speak...Meaning another woman has done all the work of domesticating you into being a good husband.

Have to agree with the others...you're married, and that means your're a catch (though you've already been caught!)!!

It's the lure of the "forbidden fruit".
