Only if she farted and blamed it on you. Anything else is OK.

I see two sides to this. As your friend, she shouldn't have gone after a guy that she knows you like. She just proved to you that she's not a true friend at all. The other side is that the guy was interested in your friend, not you. Just because everyone "knows" you like him doesn't mean he's yours...you can't control who someone does or doesn't like. Having said that, it seems pretty obvious by the way she used to put him down before they were an item that she is doing this just to get under your skin or make you jealous. I think you have every right to be ticked at your friend. She sounds very desperate for attention of any kind and if I were you I would take her off my list of friends. She's certainly not trust worthy, and every friendship needs trust.

I don't think this "best friend" shows much loyalty to you. If she had always liked this guy and he likes her, then that would be different. The heart will love who it will. But, you say that she always said she hated him and talked about him in a negative way. Knowing that you really like him and then accepting a date with him, seems that she has fully disregarded your feelings since she claimed to "hate" him. She had to know that this would hurt you. I think you should find yourself a new best friend. Just be the mature one in the picture. Don't snub her or say mean things to her, or talk badly about her, just be polite...and friendly when you see her, but I wouldn't make a point of calling her any more or hanging out with her. Just try to move on. I know this hurts and really sucks...but just keep in mind that nothing is permanent except change. Best wishes to you.

If she is doing that to you on purpose it is really mean! you friend is probably some attention seeker who you really shouldn't be hanging out with if she's that mean to you! Just tell her to keep her hands off your guys in the future! Since you go to such a small school maybe instead of getting into a huge b... fight just confront her and if she still acts all inocent o get yourself some new friends gal!!

Yes, be mad, but not around her. If you go to a little school, try too be around other people. If that doesn't work go to a different school. She is really not your friend. He knew you liked him, he just wanted to be with her. You don't know what he total her. Maybe he said something to her that was comforting after she broke up with her boyfriend. Maybe he was waiting.

Yes you should. You know how i call females that is like your so called friends.....*ITC*ES!!! They are. I am sorry to sound harsh or something like that but what kind of friend she is. Why this always happens when they say that they hate this guy and he is ugly and he is this and that just so you dont ever suspect them of being a bad friend and liking a same guy you are after. They do it all the time. I think i did something like that before myself, but i know its faul.
Dont pay attention to them! Just totally ignore both of them. She betrayed you and he is just an a**hole. They both dont desruve your worries, your sleepless nights, and daymn sure your tears. So do yourself a favor and forgive both of them and start ignoring them both!!!

This girl does not sound like a friend at all! Im surprised you haven't written her off all together! She's a fraud and a ***** and this guy is a jack@ss too for going out with her. I mean, if everyone knew you liked him, Im sure he did too! Pick you head up honey and find some new friends.

mad?? probably.. but really, who needs a friend like that?? She seems like a complete cow for doing this to her "friend".. there are women in this world who treat men like trophies and dont want them until another woman does.. the idea is not to go with the guy because they like him but to show off that they could "get" him. Its sad and sick and this behaviour will eventually bite her on the ***.

You have every right to be mad at her. Small school or not, friends should come first. Boyfriends will come and go but friends are here to stay and she is not a friend.

Nah, move on. If it's a small school then you probably can't have "dibs" on guys as the population is limited. Just find another guy. If it happens again, then I would address it with her. Good Luck!!

She doesn't sound like a true friend. If she constantly goes out with guys that she knows you like, that's one clue. Also, you said [or atleast you think] that she didn't like him before..I would either talk to her about it or just slowly stop being her friend. It doesn't seem like she really cares about your feelings.
