if you were really interested in a girl that you barely knew but that you wanted to get to know, but yet she is an ex of a freind. But lets say that he cheated on her, and she is stil upset about it,but is interested in you. what if the friend told you to bac off because he was still trying to get her back? how would you handle the fact that u think she is so beautiful and u really like her when you were told to stay away? would you?

If I really like her, I would pursue her regardless of her EX even if he also happens to be my friend. Screw him, he cheated on her, she deserves someone better. And if i know she has an interest on me, then its a no brainer. Of course I would go and pursue her.

I don't let friend associations rule whether I go after a girl/woman I like. If I'm interested in her and she's unattached, I don't worry about who she's friends with or not. Now if a friend of my told me that he was trying to reconcile with her, I'd give him a certain amount of time to "get the job done"...within reason...which I actually did once. But (like in the case years ago) if I don't see him and her making any progress, I let him know that I'm interested and go for her myself. At the same time, if I learn that she still has thoughts of him, I'll drop her like she's hot. I'm not about playing 2nd fiddle for a lost love that she's still hoping of get back with. Ya know?

They are not together, he cheated on her, she does not want him back. Be friends with her and let her come to you. It will develop if you two like each other. If he wanted her that bad, he wouldn't have cheated. He only wants her because he can't have her.

You need to decide if you want to be friends with this guy or if you want the girl, true love is hard to find but so is friendship, but if he was your true friend he probably wouldn't care if she really wanted you, he would let her go.
