this is her webpage:
http://www.maryberry.co.uk/
i couldnt find the lemon cheesecake but this is the raspberry one:
RASPBERRY CHEESECAKE
Ingredients
For the base
180g digestive biscuits, crushed
90g butter, melted
45g demerara sugar
For the cheesecake
240g full-fat soft cheese
30g caster sugar
150ml double cream
150ml greek yoghurt
juice of half a lemon
For the topping
180g raspberries or other soft fruits
4 tbsp redcurrant jelly
Method
Mix together the ingredients for the base and, using a metal spoon, press the mix over the base and sides of an 8 inch round loose-bottomed cake tin or a spring-release tin.
Measure the cheese and sugar into a large bowl and mix well to blend thoroughly. Add cream and yoghurt and mix again.
Gradually add the lemon juice, whisking all the time. Turn the mixture into the tin on top of the biscuit crust and leave in the fridge to set over night.
Carefully loosen the sides of the sides of the spring- release tin and slide the cheese cake on to a serving plate.
Arrange the fruit on top of the cheesecake. Heat the redcurrant jelly in a small sauce pan until it has melted and then carefully brush over the fruit. Leave to set.
Served chilled.

10 digestive biscuits, crushed
50g/2oz butter, melted
25g/1oz demerara sugar
For the cheesecake:
150ml/5fl oz single cream
397g/1 x 14oz can condensed milk
175g/6oz low-fat soft cheese, softened
grated rind and juice of 3 large lemons
For the topping:
150ml/5fl oz whipping cream, whipped
fresh strawberries
Method
1. Mix together the biscuits, butter and demerara sugar for the biscuit crust. Turn into a 23cm/9in flan dish and press evenly over the base and sides. Leave to set.
2. For the cheesecake filling: mix together the cream, condensed milk, soft cheese and lemon rind, then add the lemon juice a little at a time, whisking until the mixture thickens. Pour the mixture into the flan case and leave to chill in the fridge for 3-4 hours overnight.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aOfhl
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true
