Are you a boy or a girl. If you are a girl, you have a certain amount of moisture. You could wear a pantiliner and switch it out during the day. Most have some sort of deodorant and will prevent moisture from collecting. You want to avoid sprinkling too much stuff down there, it could knock the bacterial balance off and couse infection. WHen in doubt, ask the doctor if what you are experiencing is normal.
If you are a boy, fresh underwear and a little deodorizing body powder.

You should use baby wipes. Yes baby wipes. Keep some baby wipes with you though out the day. Every time you use the bathroom wipe yourself down with with them. If you have sensitive skin they sell some that doesn't cause irritation or beak outs, because they are sensitive enough for babies of course. You can get some that has a fresh baby power scent. I would suggest some that has Vitamin E and Aloe Vera.

Along with proper hygiene and taking measures to reduce sweat (like using powder), you could use a moisturizer with vitamin A, which is antibacterial and therefore helps combat odors. Man1 Man Oil is a good option.

Wash them daily and wear clean underwear. I always bleach my underwear to keep bacteria from becoming a problem.
