what is the best angle to install blind spot mirror?

Hi there, i just bought a new car, and was trying to install the adjustable round blind spot mirror. but i have not no idea which is the correct position to install it ?

Outside bottom of the mirror. (just my opinion)

It depends on you, you adjust mirror to what is more comfortable for you. Just like adjusting your seat.
