I find that women tend to want to always loose weight quickly and some men as well but they don't take into consideration that losing it so quickly is a health risk...

Honestly there is no quick way to loose weight. If there was the whole world would be thin and there would not be an obesity epidemic. Everyone that asks this question over and over need to realize that the weight did not appear overnight, that this was built up over time and it will take equally if not longer to take it off. the best way is through dedication, eating healthy, exercise and patience. You will not see admiral results for atleast 3 months of consistancy. In the mean time you will see smaller results, however treat each result as a victory!!! Don't give up!!!

Currently dieting and exercising myself. Have been doing it for a month, but it is coming little by little

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

don't eat if you want to loose weight fast. (that was sarcasm) loosing weight the healthy way takes more time. simply cut back just five bites per meal and exercise once a day. then when that feels good, try cutting ten bites out of every meal and exercising two different ways per day ( such as cardio and weights ) good luck!

QUICK WEIGHT LOSS IS UNHEALTHY WEIGHT LOSS.

When one considers that it takes time to put on weight, then it only makes sense that to safely rid oneself of excess weight is over a similar time period. Lose it faster than you put it on, and you only gain it back later. Meantime you damage your body's systems by putting too much strain on them, so the next time it is even harder to lose weight. So the cycle goes until you end up in surgery having most of your stomach removed just to lose weight that will kill you in the end. The intelligent human being, learns that the only way to lose weight and keep it off is to change one's lifestyle permanently. Otherwise accept that you are fat, and that you will die younger.

Determine what your maintenance calories are (how much you can eat every day without losing or gaining weight) and cut it by 20%.
