If you mean in terms of taste...
It generally retains its moisture quite well (really hard to dry this fish out).
It is quite mild (my nephew & nieces will eat it but wont eat any other fish).
Best of all, it has a lovely natural sweetness. You barely need to flavour this fish at all. Just a bit of lemon & pepper & it tastes like you've slaved away at it.
My #1 favorite fish to barbeque & broil.

Taste wise it is a lot like cat fish. It is a mild white fish that comes from fresh water. I am no a huge fish fan but I really like tilapia.

Not really, but, as a person who does not like fish, I actually enjoyed the taste of this fish.

I really like both fruits and fruit and vegetables better, regardless how they look and taste. You desire a little of both.

In the event it's a fruit it includes seeds, otherwise it's a vegetable. And vegetables are usually grown in the ground while fruits are grown in trees.

The meat is white in color, very mild tasting (some say "delicate" or "slightly sweet"), pretty firm texture.
