spray hairspray on it, it will look like it's running, but let it air dry then rinse in cold water. Whatever is left if anything-spray with a stain fighter and rinse again in cold water while rubbing. That is if the so called "spot" is on a piece of clothin, if it's on your face-use concealer that is 2 shades lighter than your skin tone and then foundation that is the color of your skin tone. Apply the rest of your make-up and have fun!

okay, don't you just hate it when that happens!!

Number one- DO NOT pick at it or squeeze it with your fingers or tweezers or anything at all...I know it's tempting because we think that this will help it out, but honestly it won't. The only exception is if there is puss, then you can gently use the tips of your clean (make sure they are, otherwise it will be made worse) fingernails to ease out the puss.

Number two- Use a non creamy face wash every evening before bed...and morning if your skin is oily. Simple are a good brand and contain natural ingredients to soothe.

Number three-After washing your face, apply a non greasy moisturiser, again Simple's are good.

Number four- Give it time. Remember a spot is just an infection and you just have to give it time to clear up. I wouldn't recommend the toothpaste, as your spot will still be red, sore, and noticeable

Number five- If it is still there on the party night then apply some concealer that is non-greasy and then brush powder over your face. Make sure you do this in as much natural light as possible, because you don't want to draw more attention to the spot by having your cover-up not properly rubbed in.

Number six- Relax...it isn't permanent, and don't worry about it all night, I'm sure others are too occupied about their skin/make up to look too close at yours.

Enjoy your party!! :D

May I first assume you mean a spot / zit / blemish on your face?
If you aren't allergic to aspirin, then crush a tablet of aspirin to powder, take a tiny pinch of it and mix to a paste with either water or fresh lemon juice a tiny drop at a time. Apply to the area let dry and rinse off. This works under 24 hours in my experience.

In any event, you should use the ultimate beauty tip, a charming, courteous and entertaining (not slutty, loud or clownish) personality is the most engaging accessory for a lady to wear not only at a party but everywhere she might be. I've never heard anyone mention it if they ever noticed acne on the face of say,Diana Spencer or Jackie Kennedy (and Jackie especially was always charming, always a queen, always dressed to flatter herself). I wish more young girls would model themselves, both in dress and in comportment, on those women in the public eye who are ever classy, never hoochie. You'll never hear someone like Phylicia Rashad (remember her on the Cosby Show-classic!),Jada Pinkett Smith or Halle Berry referred to as "ho" or skanky ,ever wonder why? And I'm pretty sure that all the notable ladies I've mentioned have all had a bad skin day just before a public outing. The most important thing is what remains after getting your appearance in order- do you leave a positive impression on folks who meet you at parties? Do the kind of kids your parents would really approve of call you after a party? Would you be pleased to hear someone describe to your folks the way you behaved at a party or would you cringe?

Sorry to preach at you,but still keep, it in perspective. Your character is much more important than the presence of a spot on your face at a party! KEEP IT REAL and have yourself a good time!!!

Try a dab of toothpaste at night if you haven't anything to hand at the moment it will dry out the spot

Whatever you do dont get Superdrug Purity Skin rescue rapid results treatment pen or you will be worse off. Its so harsh it dries out the spot and all the surrounding area too leaving the skin with a very nasty dry itchy patch.

Depending on where your "spot" is you could use a brown eye liner and make it a mole. This is what models do before a photo shoot. Just make sure you dont smudge it while you are talking to a hottie!! Other wise wash your face and use either toothpaste (not a gel type) or alcohol. you need something to dry it up. But dont over do it or you will have a dried up spot.

Use the new clearasil ultra cream. You are meant to put it on, morning and night for three days and its gone, but if you can put it on 3, 4 times a day and it will be gone by the party !

toothpaste will dry the spot out but u might need to use concealer to cover over it. use a concealer slightly lighter than ur skin tone, it'll even out the colour as the area around spots tend to be red. good luck!!

Toothpaste is a good home remedy to help dry out spots!

Squeeze it with a tissue, not you fingers as it might infect it and make it worse... I know it sounds disgusting and it hurts a little bit but if pus and blood do come out of the spot it will dry out and vanish quickly.

Practice flirting and making fascinating conversation, so nobody notices the blemish, but only your wit. Every girl ought to be able to talk herself out of a tight spot.
