tYou will become dehydrated. Most people are a little dehydrated because they don't drink 64 ounces of water a day. While this may sound a bit extreme, it's only the equivalent of drinking three 20 ounce sodas (but replacing the soda with water) and a little bit more.

without enough clear liquid in your diet, your body doesn't function properly. Constipation, kidney infection, fat builds up because it can't be used or disposed of without liquid and, you can eventually dehydrate. If you don't like drinking water, make weak green or herbal tea or add to 100% juice or water down kool-aid. You need water, not just soda or coffee or tea. (Milk is considered a food, not a drink.)

There was a thing in the news in America, where a lady was challenged by a radio-station to drink as much water as she could without going to the toilet... she died!

So, drinking too much water can kill you too =P

It's called dehydration. Your body won't be able to flush out the toxins that are produced in the course of your metabolism, so you'll effectively be poisoning yourself. You'll have reduced stamina, low energy levels, your skin condition is likely to worsen. In severe cases, it will cause organ failure.

If you are substituting water for juice and soda. You can damage your kidneys. Also the more juice and soda you drink the more you would be thirsty. Have you ever heard of a kidney stone?
