YOU NEED TO EXPLAIN THIS TO YOUR PARTNER FIRST OF ALL SO THEY KNOW THEY YOU WILL NEED SOME EXTRA HELP. MAKE SURE TO BE IN A COMFORTABLE PLACE AND TIME BECAUSE IT HELPS TO BE STRESS FREE. TRY PLEASURING EACH OTHER FIRST WITHOUT HAVING SEX. LOTS OF KISSING AND RUBBING MAY DO THE TRICK (OR IT COULD JUST IRRITATE YOU). EITHER WAY YOU NEED TO COMMUNICATE HOW YOU FEEL.

Sometimes some drugs cause these side effects. Depending on the dosage the side effects can be longer or shorter after you take the drug. Maybe you should check the dosage and consult with your doctor and see if a smaller dosage would in some way have less affect on you sexually so that you would be inclined to be in the mood more often if this is your desire.

Unfortunately, with most anti-depressants, even if you are able to get in the mood, achieving orgasm is also very difficult and sometimes just impossible. Tell your doctor that it is effecting your libido and ask if there is something else you can try. Wellbutrin is an anti-deppressant without sexual side effects.

yea just have a nice hot bath with radox lavender, pamper yourself with lots of different creams. do this in the evening.

sit down with your fella and share a bottle of wine or something and have a laugh wathing a comedy film. when go to bed, wear something that feels sexy to you. your fella will notice this and will make a move in bed.

start slowly with kising, have a bit of foreplay and oral and you should be in the mood.

it should work, if not, try viagra for women

My man sometimes sends sexy little emails or leaves love notes or voicemails telling me how sexy I am or things he would like to do.... That gets me thinking about how good things will feel when we do get to be alone.

Sometimes wearing pretty/sexy panties/bras, help me feel sexier.

Be sure to communicate with your man about what you are going thru, so he will not take it personal. He will enjoy trying to get you in the mood. Lots of extra attention.

Talk to your doctor.

There may be alternative medicines or perhaps he or she can alter the dosage providing that Zoloft is the culprit.

try reading a steemy novel, it is detailed and naughty, but it leaves things to your imagination, unlike an actual porn movie, besides it is nice to take turns reading it to your partner. It can even be fun to act out the scenes.
