my last meal before i get spacers tomorrow? ^_^

well my friends had them and they said they hurt the whole time u have them on, and u can barely eat anything that isnt soft. so.

something crunchy and or chewy because you will not be allowed them after you start your orthodontic work.

Eat anything you want as you will eat whatever you want when you are done at the orthodontist office. Getting spacers is not a big deal and you can eat whatever you want when you get done.

Eat your favorite meal in the whole world - for me it would be a prime rib dinner

Go for steak or fried chicken whatever you very most favorite meal is. You'll have some discomfort for a couple days, but it won't last.

Have a candy apple if you like them! I missed those so much while I had braces!! I had mine for 5 years though.. stuff like this is taken care of usually in 2 years..
Don't worry about how bad they hurt, a couple of ibuprofen if it is ok with your parents will work wonderfully, as ibuprofen is best for dental pain! Good luck!

the spacers really don't hurt its not a big deal but ask your mom or dad for something Tylenol or something goos luck â¥
