I have started getting pimples that I have never had before. The skin on my forehead is so dry it feels like sandpaper. My face has always been normal, never oily. Isn't this supposed to happen in my teens. Is it hormones????
Help

Yes, your hormones are going nuts.
Before you go to bed, put some white toothpaste on the pimple and leave it there overnight.
Sounds silly, but it will reduce the size and redness tremendously.

Sometimes I think people with polycystitic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) can have acne. You would probably have to have a check up with you gynecologist to determine if that is what is causing it. Maybe an ultrsound of the ovaries.

If it is just a skin problem...

You could try that ProActive that they advertise on Tv.

I like Principal Secret products to keep my skin clear...the scrub, the moisturizer, and the eye cream. Very nice.

Yeah, it is hormonal changes - we deal with them throughout our entire lives.

try a gentle cleanser and moisturizer. Nothing harsh. A moisturizer with SPF protection can also help, as sun damage can make acne worse.
