Most places have leash laws. Sometimes you can find a dog park but I dont even know if they allow dogs to be unleased.

There are great areas in Brooklyn, with a park, where dogs have more freedom.

I don't know but my dad once told me he was taking our dog to live on a farm so he could run free. Poor poor puppy.
